If this is your first visit to our Patient Portal you will need to call our office to activate your account.

You will receive a temporary password which you will be able to change, keeping in mind that it needs to be 8 characters including one number and one capital letter.

Then click on the “activate your account” link in the adjacent box .

Once logged in, Chose Patient Appointments on left and then Upcoming Appointments

You will see the scheduled appointment, click on the check-in action button and follow the steps using both the drop down menu and next and back buttons to fill out the necessary forms.

Once you have competed the check in process, choose the orange button to complete this section and begin the e-visit.

You may be asked to allow the website yourheathfile.com to access the camera and microphone on your device.  Please allow this and you will see yourself on the left hand screen and the La Jolla Vein Care Physician on the right.

You may ask questions either by voice or by entering text in the text button and pressing send.
